How does a digital sewing pattern work?
Goldfinch Limited sewing patterns are in PDF format and delivered to you in a zipped folder. Once you purchase the pattern, you will be able to download the zipped file to your computer. You can then unzip the files and get started. You may choose to print the files or work directly from your computer, tablet or phone. In most cases printing is NOT required.
I ordered a pattern, but can’t find where it has been sent? How do I access the pattern?
Your pattern will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. If you are not seeing the download in your inbox you may need to check your spam/junk folder. If you are still having problems finding your download, please reach out to email@example.com.
What sizes do your patterns come in? What if you do not offer my size?
Each pattern varies in size range and that information can be found on the product page. If you do not see your size, please reach out to me – emily@ goldfinch.limited – and we can try to adjust the pattern to work for your needs.
Can I return my pattern?
Unfortunately, I do not accept returns on digital purchases.
How do I care for naturally dyed fabric?
Natural dyes create beautiful colors and to keep them as vibrant as possible please follow these directions. Some fading may occur naturally over time.
Wash on the gentle cycle with cold water and mild soap. Hang to dry or tumble dry low. Keep out of direct sunlight when not using. Only wash when necessary. Spot clean only if directions specify.

Do you accept exchanges or returns (non-digital purchases)?
My hope is that you are 100% happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me via email within 5 days of receiving the product. I am happy to accept returns on products that have been unworn and unused. If the item is not in new condition it cannot be exchanged or returned. There are no exchanges or returns on custom orders.
