Description
This raw silk noil blanket scarf has been naturally dyed by hand with quebracho rojo. The graphic pattern was hand painted with iron water to modify the color of the quebracho rojo. The raw silk has a wonderful drape and can be worn a variety of ways. The edges have been left raw to add to the overall drape and wearability of the piece. This blanket scarf is a unique all season accessory!
Dimensions: approximately 45″ X 45″
Materials: Botanically Dyed and hand painted 100% Raw silk noil – Raw Edges
Care: Hand wash in cool water with pH neutral detergent. Dry flat. Warm iron as needed. Keep out of direct sun when not using. Some natural fading may occur over time. Trim raw edges as needed.
Handcrafted in my Denver, CO studio.
Note: Due to the nature of natural dyes and the hand painting process each piece may contain slight variations. Also, I do my best to photograph the colors of the item accurately, but due to different screens the colors may appear slightly different than the actual color.
